Apartment Leasing Consultants Needed .

JT Solution Partners is very excited to work with you. We are looking for Apartment Leasing Consultants to assist communities in Burlington, NC.

We have a full-time leasing and part-time positions available for an amazing community here in Burlington.
All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year customer Service and sales.

Yardi a plus.

• Resolve leasing complaints from residentsExecute leasing activities for assigned propertiesAssist in the leasing activities and resident relationsUnderstand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing filesAttend leasing conventions and other industry eventsDistribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activitiesPerform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative dutiesComplete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verificationMaintain professional appearance of self and leasing officeEstablish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Experience level:

 

• Under 1 year

 

Schedule:

 

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

 

Experience:

 

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

 

• Driver's License (Preferred)

 

Ability to Relocate:

 

• Raleigh, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
